蒼蠅頭炒飯成「迷你版台灣」韭菜花重現中央山脈

吃過川菜蒼蠅頭,不過台北有餐廳發揮創意,用韭菜花炒蒼蠅頭炒飯,還把常見的蟹黃粉絲煲改成「蝦醬粉絲煲」,味道如何一起去品嘗。

川菜「蒼蠅頭」也能作炒飯,還把台灣縮小放在盤子上,一顆顆韭菜花彷彿中央山脈。大口咬下,韭菜花清脆甘甜,豆鼓鹹香讓人一口接一口。

Tourists in Singapore love to eat chilli, pepper or salted egg crab. Especially the red chilli crab sauce which goes perfectly well with steamed or fried buns.
